Rebates
Many of the utilities in our region have rebate programs to incentivize insulating your home. If you have an older home with little or no existing insulation, it’s likely that you qualify for one of these rebates. The rebates are based on your heat source, so for example, if you’re in the city of Tacoma and you have PSE gas for your hot-water tank but you have an electric powered furnace, then you’d qualify for the Tacoma Power rebates as opposed to the PSE rebates. If you have one of our estimators out to give you a proposal, they’ll let you know if you qualify and help you navigate the process. Check out the different programs below for more information or feel free to call our office if you have any questions.

For homes heated with PSE gas or PSE electric, PSE offers rebates on attic, wall, and floor insulation. They also have rebates for sealing heat ducts as well as wrapping them with insulation.
